About the Role

About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a talented and dedicated Payroll Officer to join our finance team based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, efficient and professional financial support.


What do we need from you

Ideal candidates must have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Human Resources or other relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 5 year's working experience in an international corporation;
  • Ability to handle payroll processing for Hong Kong office including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, final payment and tax filing;
  • Hands-on experience in payroll financial reporting;
  • Maintain and update employees personnel data in the payroll system;
  • Provide employee information to outsourced service providers to and prepare payroll related reports when required;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation;
  • Knowledge and experience in compensation & benefits of other 10 Design regions are preferred;
  • Proficiency in PC applications such Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;
  • Team player, detailed oriented, flexible work approach, positive attitude and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment autonomously;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
