As an Office Coordinator of our Western Canada Infrastructure team working from our Peace River office, duties will include:
- Completing various administrative tasks to support Division Managers and the Office Coordinator.
- Assisting with monthly invoicing and financial tracking, including maintaining related spreadsheets and metrics.
- Assisting with proposals, including coordination, preparation, and project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
- Working with spreadsheets related to proposals and financials.
- Regularly updating corporate resumes and providing general word processing support for correspondence and other materials.
- Managing project documentation, including creating project files, sorting/filing incoming paperwork, and performing project and accounting-related filing.
- Ensuring staff follow established filing guidelines.
- Preparing packages for courier.
- Assisting with office safety inspections and requirements.
- Providing onboarding support to new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience; experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support technical staff and managers.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately and independently.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall team objectives.
