About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Offer Responsible to join our  team in Aix en Provence France. In this  role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our offer process, ensuring competitive pricing strategies, and driving business growth.

  • Develop and implement effective offer strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Analyze market data and competitor pricing to inform offer decisions and maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored offers that meet customer needs and maximize revenue
  • Manage the end-to-end offer process, from initial proposal to final contract negotiation
  • Utilize CRM software to track and analyze offer performance metrics
  • Prepare and present regular reports on offer effectiveness and revenue impact to senior management
  • Continuously optimize offer templates and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in offer management

What do we need from you

  • Mutidisciplinary engineer in Buildings and Industry, an experience in nuclear field would be an asset.
  • 3-5 years of experience in  business development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record in offer management and pricing strategy development
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal in French and in English
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or other company locations as needed
