We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor Engineer to join our team in Tabuk-Neom, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage on-site activities performed by the general contractor. As a key member of the project management team, you will ensure all mechanical engineering work is executed to meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Supervise and monitor the general contractor's on-site mechanical work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with the project management team to address site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve work progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Prepare and submit site activity reports to project management.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules or quality.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical systems
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum +9 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on industrial machinery and equipment
- Proven supervisory experience in engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and system design
- Excellent project management skills, including budget and resource allocation
- In-depth understanding of quality control and assurance methodologies
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the mechanical engineering field
- Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Ability to work on night shift
