About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor Engineer to join our team in Tabuk-Neom, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage on-site activities performed by the general contractor. As a key member of the project management team, you will ensure all mechanical engineering work is executed to meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

  • Supervise and monitor the general contractor's on-site mechanical work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to address site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve work progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Prepare and submit site activity reports to project management.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules or quality.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical systems
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • Minimum +9 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on industrial machinery and equipment
  • Proven supervisory experience in engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and system design
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget and resource allocation
  • In-depth understanding of quality control and assurance methodologies
  • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the mechanical engineering field
  • Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
  • Ability to work on night shift
