About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Railway Systems Manager to support an urban railway infrastructure project in Taiwan. This initiative is a key step toward modernizing transportation and delivering world-class standards. The project spans six years, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to its success from inception to completion.
Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies to align objectives and maintain compliance with international standards. You will oversee technical requirements, system interfaces, and quality benchmarks, ensuring each phase meets rigorous safety and performance criteria. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions and keep the project on track.
We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of railway systems and infrastructure development. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication with local stakeholders. The ability to work on-site in Taiwan and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment is also required.

What do we need from you
- Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 15+ years total, with 10+ in railway mechanical systems (HVAC, PSD, fire protection, etc.).
- Proven experience in monorail or similar automated mass transit systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical-electrical-civil interfaces. (PSD, AFC, Track Switch, Conductor Rail and Depot Equipment)
- Familiar with design review, supervision, and commissioning oversight.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
