We’re looking for a marketing executive to join our team, working with our marketing and communications manager. We have over 600 staff in Ireland and a bold plan to grow our brand across engineering, consultancy and operations in Ireland. 

Egis in Ireland are looking for an enthusiastic al Marketing Executive with  campaign  / project marketing experience. 
This is an exciting time to join the following successful expansion in 2024, with further plans for growth. You’ll be joining a small marketing department and will benefit from direct mentorship from the marketing manager. This is a varied role, as the department interfaces with both the engineering and operations sides of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity that will involve using some of the following skills to meet the responsibilities below:

• Support the delivery of marketing and internal events to ensure they are on schedule and within budget, meeting all deadlines, and work closely with suppliers involved in the design, and delivery of the events.
• Ability to create content for print, websites and social media; strong writing skills and design sense.
• Brand positioning, ensure the consistent application of our brand guidelines and templates.
• Support the wider organisation with use of our brand.
• Participate in the network of communications professionals including the team at headquarters and colleagues in other markets.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues across other departments, as our internal audiences.
• Provide day-to-day support for marketing campaigns.
• Digital marketing support, knowledge of key trends in  digital marketing  an advantage.
• Contribute information to marketing and campaign planning. 
• Carry out routine marketing tasks and provide support to the Marketing and Communications Manager as required.

Essential Skills

• Degree in Marketing/Business or allied disciplines.
• Marketing campaign development – experience in executing campaigns on social media, web, print,  broadcast, or events and brand experiences
• Ability to support the development and press releases and liaise with internal technical subject matter experts to gather content.
• 1-2 years minimum of experience in a Marketing executive role or similar.
• Full Clean Driver’s License & access to a car
• An interest in marketing and communications, and how brands work is essential

Desirable

• Experience with the following platform/systems would be a plus but not essential: Umbraco, Canva, Agility PR, Hubspot.
• Master’s degree would be an advantage but not essential.
• Marketing Experience within the Engineering/Construction sector, or B2B professional services marketing would be an advantage but not essential.
• Experience with videography and editing platforms would be a plus.
