About the Role

Job Description

The objective of this role to source/ procure suitable candidates for the ongoing / upcoming projects and bids in the Water sector. The main responsibilities shall include:

  • To source CVs / Teams for the project bids and ongoing project hiring in the defined time period.
  • To ensure sourcing policies & procedures are adhered to and aligned with the overall strategy & vision of the organization.
  • To design and implement strategies for internal & external branding of HR for sourcing of right candidates for bids and ongoing projects.
  • Ensure timely closing of open positions as per manpower forecast
  • Ensure effective use of recruitment strategy, networking, employee referrals system etc.
  • Ensure timely mobilization / de-mobilization of the staff
  • Manage recruitment within allocated budgets
  • Cost and productivity analysis for recruitment & resourcing function & implementing measures to increase ROI and reduce Average recruitment cost
  • Explore and analyze best practices and alternate sources for recruitment & implement strategies for reducing attrition rate
  • MIS reporting for the vertical
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates & establish good relationships with Key staff for proposals

Experience

  • Min 5-7 years of experience
