Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinating the logistics of the project, such as planning and scheduling shipments of materials, equipment and personnel, site offices, laydown and storage areas.
• Ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the project, such as building permits and environmental permits and maintains an updated log.
• Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations on project activities, including progress reports, financial reports, and risk assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, material management, and supply chain coordination in construction projects
• Familiarity with international airport construction regulations and best practices
• Experience in logistics coordination, with at least 3 years in a Project Management and Construction Supervision role on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in on-site logistics management for construction projects Expertise in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and airport operations teams Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
