About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Line Side Access professional to join our operations team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access to critical line-side infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting seamless operational continuity. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision, analytical thinking, and organizational excellence are essential to success.
- Manage and control access to line-side infrastructure, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry
- Conduct thorough inspections of access points and document findings in compliance with established procedures
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect personnel and equipment
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of access logs, maintenance activities, and incident reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks on access control systems and equipment
- Respond promptly to access requests and escalate issues to appropriate management when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Communicate effectively with field teams and management regarding operational status and concerns
What do we need from you
- Proven experience in line-side operations, infrastructure management, or similar field-based roles
- Strong knowledge of access control systems and procedures
- Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping systems
- Physical capability to perform field work and access challenging environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses (preferred)
- Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment (preferred)
