About the Role
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Light Vehicle Driver to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for safely operating light vehicles while ensuring efficient and timely transportation services.
- Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle safety and performance
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods or passengers to designated locations
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and any incidents or delays
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and passengers
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize routes and schedules
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle operations
- Navigate efficiently through Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas using GPS and local knowledge
- Adapt to changing schedules and route requirements with flexibility
What do we need from you
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a light vehicle driver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations in the UAE
