This role ensures smooth execution of learning programs and activities on the LMS platforms and maintains quality & compliance of the program.
Key responsibilities will include:
Administration and configuration of courses:
- Ensure up-to-date training catalogues on the LMS platforms
- Schedule and organise training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs, sending invitations & tracking attendance.
- Perform consistency checks & ensure data accuracy of employee training history
Learning Content Platform management:
- Manage licenses & users; conduct utilization rate analysis, support promotional campaign
- Format and reconcile data with HRMS, conduct utilization rate analysis
User Request Management:
- Manage end-to-end service tickets on queries regarding the platform
- Responds to user enquiries related to logging in and signing up for courses
- Offer clear guidance and solve issues to ensure users have smooth experience.
Data management
- Monitor the progress of ongoing modules by generating reports and sending regular information and alert emails.
- Consolidate and analyze training data for mandatory reporting purposes using Power BI & Excel
Performance Management
- Export and verify training evaluation data.
- Communicate evaluation results to stakeholders.
Schedules & Vendor Management:
- Organize and update training schedules with external providers.
- Assist in tracking training budgets, expenses, and invoice processing.
Communication
- Prepare and send multilingual email campaigns and notifications. (L&D Network, module launches, newsletters).
- Update the Academy’s catalogue and publish posts on Genius or external media.
Qualification Requirement:
- MBA (HR) - Good to have
- Any Undergraduate
- 2-5 Years of work experience in L&D
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in LMS/TMS platforms (Oracle); knowledge of Percipio and Pinnacle is a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint),
