Responsible for overseeing the delivery of regional IT services to meet business needs and ensure customer/requester satisfaction. The role involves managing service performance, building strong relationships with regional IT team, and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT operations, projects, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT service management or a related role.
- Proven experience managing IT teams and working in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience with IAM, Cloud, Network Infrastructure and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshworks).
