About the Role

Required minimum 15 years of experience

Responsibilities:

Supervise all finishing works (plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, ceiling, doors/windows, façade...etc)
Execute works as per drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Ensure quality, workmanship, and timely completion
Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
Monitor materials, quantities, and site progress
Maintain reports, measurements, and snag lists
Ensure safety and compliance at site

Skills:

Knowledge of finishing materials & methods
Ability to read architectural drawings
Strong coordination and quality control skills
