About the Role
The Lead Engineer will take ownership of the design, coordination, and delivery of Audio-Visual, IT/ICT, Security (Electronic Safety & Security), and Building Management System (BMS) scopes across all project stages — from Concept through Detailed Design, IFC, and (where applicable) Construction Supervision. The role requires close coordination with MEP, Architecture, Interior Design, and Operator/FF&E teams to ensure a fully integrated, code-compliant, and future-ready systems design across large-scale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, or related Engineering discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., CTS/CTS-D from AVIXA, BICSI RCDD, PSP from ASIS International, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 8–12 years' experience in AV/IT, Security, and/or BMS design, with at least 3–5 years in a lead/senior design role.
