The ITS Innovation Lead will be responsible for managing and developing ITS innovation initiatives under the RF004 ITS work order.
The role requires effective coordination with the client to understand and meet expectations, as well identifying innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of innovation objectives. The candidate will manage the innovation budget, identify and oversee subcontractors, and ensure proper coordination and communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify, manage and oversee the development of ITS innovation initiatives under the RF004 ITS work order
- Coordinate with the client (Ashghal) to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Manage the innovation budget, including planning, tracking, and cost control
- Identify, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and subconsultants
- Ensure effective coordination and communication between all stakeholders (client, internal teams, subcontractors)
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client and management
Ensure all deliverables meet contractual, quality, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field
- Experience in infrastructure, ITS, or innovation-related projects is an advantage but not mandatory
- Experience managing clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders is essential
- Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders
- Good client management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively
- Basic understanding of ITS or infrastructure projects (no deep technical expertise required)
- Proactive, structured, and delivery-oriented approach
