About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ITS Asset Manager (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will act as the coordination interface between the ITS Operations/Technical Teams and the Asset Management function, ensuring that operational, maintenance, performance, and lifecycle data from road control centers (RCCs), tunnel control centers (TCCs), communications networks, and associated control systems are accurately captured, structured, analyzed, and translated into asset management insights and strategies.

  • Asset management of ITS infrastructure including Road Control Centers (RCC), Tunnel Control Centers (TCC), communications networks (fiber backbone, switches, transmission systems), SCADA/ATMS platforms, server rooms, power and UPS systems
  • Coordinate with ITS core technical experts to collect, validate, and structure asset and maintenance data for asset management purposes
  • Develop asset maintenance strategies in conjunction with technical experts
  • Maintain and continuously improve the asset register, hierarchy, and classification in alignment with contract requirements and asset management best practices
  • Analyze maintenance data (MTBF, MTTR, availability, failure trends) and convert operational KPIs into asset performance indicators
  • Develop criteria for condition assessment and asset performance scoring, supporting risk-based prioritization
  • Support lifecycle planning, renewal forecasting, and long-term capital investment planning
  • Identify recurring failures, systemic risks, and obsolescence concerns, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Prepare comprehensive asset performance reports and dashboards for internal management and Client reporting
  • Ensure data integrity within EAMS systems and validate correct failure coding and asset tagging
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated approaches to ITS operations and asset management
  • Support audits, contractual compliance reviews, and asset-related deliverables
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance strategies and asset governance processes

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure operations & maintenance, ITS systems, or asset management environments
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles, lifecycle planning, and performance monitoring
  • Experience working with EAMS systems and infrastructure data management
  • Familiarity with control centers, communications networks, SCADA/ATMS platforms, and critical IT infrastructure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured asset data
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment and coordinate across technical disciplines
  • Experience in GCC infrastructure or transport authority projects is preferred
  • Professional certifications in Asset Management (IAM, CMRP, or equivalent) are an advantage
