To support our IT team in maintaining and supporting our workplace environment. The role will involve hands-on experience in workstation setup, end-user technical support, and assisting with cybersecurity initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge about network, AD and Workstations
• Knowledge about network security, cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
