About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES:

    • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance team
    • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team
    • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
    • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
    • Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
    • Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
    • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
    • Complies with HSE rules and complies with any internal rules in force in the company including Code of Ethics and

What do we need from you

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Professional accreditation (ACCA CIMA )
    • Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management and external stakeholders.
    • Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
    • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
    • Experience of MS Excel, Oracle and Sage Financials would be an advantage.
