About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Complies with HSE rules and complies with any internal rules in force in the company including Code of Ethics and
What do we need from you
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional accreditation (ACCA CIMA )
- Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
- Experience of MS Excel, Oracle and Sage Financials would be an advantage.
