We are seeking a highly skilled Interface Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an exciting high-speed rail project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing design interfaces within the team and with other contracts, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of various project components.
- Oversee and coordinate all interface management activities for the high-speed rail project
- Develop and maintain interface management plans, procedures, and documentation
- Identify, analyze, and resolve interface issues and conflicts between different project teams and contractors
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular interface meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and progress
- Monitor and report on interface risks, issues, and resolutions
- Implement and maintain interface management tools and systems
- Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to optimize project outcomes
- Prepare and present interface status reports to project management and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interface management or similar role, preferably in high-speed rail or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of interface management principles, tools, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple interfaces simultaneously
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and communication
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with interface management software and tools
- Knowledge of high-speed rail systems and infrastructure
- Understanding of design and engineering principles in rail projects
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Willingness to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and travel as required for the project
