About the Role

The Human Resources Director - EURA, leads the HR function to ensure the human capital agenda supports Egis’ business objectives. This entrepreneurial self-starter will oversee :

  • Talent acquisition and retention strategies (including employment brand)
  • Culture, workforce planning, and learning & development
  • Performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Total rewards, change management, and organisational effectiveness
  • Employee relations, policies, and compliance
  • Deployment of global HR systems and people analytics
  • Fostering an “employer of choice” environment

 

More specifically, you will be responsible for :

  • Transforming HR from a transactional function into a proactive, business-focused

  • Owning total rewards initiatives (compensation, benefits, compliance)

  • Building end-to-end talent capabilities to support business growth

  • Assessing and anticipating talent needs; implementing leadership development programmes

  • Driving fast, effective, high-quality recruiting (including technology talent)

  • Increasing visibility of high-potential talent and launching career development initiatives

  • Optimising the employment brand to strengthen market impact and growth

  • Ensuring seamless M&A integration and retaining top talent

  • Leveraging data-driven decision-making in employee relations and performance

  • Building authentic, cooperative partnerships across the company

  • Serving as a commercial, financially astute HR thought partner

  • Demonstrating strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

What do we need from you

We are looking for a HR leader with a strong international experience, proven leadership, and the ability to drive transformation, support business growth, and operate effectively in a complex, multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 15+ years of HR leadership, including UK and Eastern Europe
  • Experience in engineering or professional services for a global organisation
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing HR teams
  • Commercial and financial acumen in people solutions
  • Experience with distributed, multi-country workforces and shared services
  • Deep M&A, fast-growth, and transformation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., SHRM-SCP) is an asset
