The Human Resources Director - EURA, leads the HR function to ensure the human capital agenda supports Egis’ business objectives. This entrepreneurial self-starter will oversee :
- Talent acquisition and retention strategies (including employment brand)
- Culture, workforce planning, and learning & development
- Performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Total rewards, change management, and organisational effectiveness
- Employee relations, policies, and compliance
- Deployment of global HR systems and people analytics
- Fostering an “employer of choice” environment
More specifically, you will be responsible for :
Transforming HR from a transactional function into a proactive, business-focused
Owning total rewards initiatives (compensation, benefits, compliance)
Building end-to-end talent capabilities to support business growth
Assessing and anticipating talent needs; implementing leadership development programmes
Driving fast, effective, high-quality recruiting (including technology talent)
Increasing visibility of high-potential talent and launching career development initiatives
Optimising the employment brand to strengthen market impact and growth
Ensuring seamless M&A integration and retaining top talent
Leveraging data-driven decision-making in employee relations and performance
Building authentic, cooperative partnerships across the company
Serving as a commercial, financially astute HR thought partner
Demonstrating strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

We are looking for a HR leader with a strong international experience, proven leadership, and the ability to drive transformation, support business growth, and operate effectively in a complex, multicultural environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 15+ years of HR leadership, including UK and Eastern Europe
- Experience in engineering or professional services for a global organisation
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing HR teams
- Commercial and financial acumen in people solutions
- Experience with distributed, multi-country workforces and shared services
- Deep M&A, fast-growth, and transformation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
- Professional accreditation (e.g., SHRM-SCP) is an asset
