About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HSE Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our construction and industrial sites.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
  • Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Implement and maintain HSE management systems
  • Provide guidance and training to site personnel on HSE best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to integrate safety measures into work plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with local and international HSE regulations and ensure site compliance
  • Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to the development of HSE policies and procedures

What do we need from you

  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, in construction projects
  • Proven experience in site supervision and safety management
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including familiarity with Kuwait's HSE laws
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
  • Proficiency in safety auditing and inspection techniques
  • Experience with HSE management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HSE-related software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed
