About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related paperwork.
  • Support HR in processing Iqamas, visas, and other government formalities for employees and trainees.
  • Help respond to employee and trainee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
  • Data and Reporting:
    • Maintain HR records for trainees and employees in databases and files.
    • Assist in preparing HR reports or presentations as needed.
  • HR Projects and Events:
    • Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, orientation programs, and employee engagement events.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general office duties and assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What do we need from you

  • Currently pursuing or have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, Translation, or a related field. 
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with VLOOKUP mandatory, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
