We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations while contributing to our organization's success.
- Assist with employee administration tasks, including updating employee records in databases and filing HR documents
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Help maintain HR files and contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, and special HR initiatives
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including general office duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel (including V-Lookup), and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic understanding of HR practices and policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
