We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Transformation to lead and implement a comprehensive transformation journey across seven streams. The successful candidate will work closely with various business units and departments to ensure the achievement of the targeted business plan and foster a culture of change.
- Lead the implementation of the transformation journey across seven streams, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with business units and departments to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that support the transformation goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Foster a culture of change by promoting innovative thinking, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the organization.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation journey, ensuring successful delivery of the targeted business plan.
