We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will focus on driving the Saudization strategy and its effective implementation, managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, and leading the full lifecycle of onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, employee engagement, and stakeholder management within the Saudi market.
Key responsibilities:
1. Saudization strategy, development and retention program of Saudi nationals
2. HR Operations: Lead the day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth and efficient HR systems and processes for employee lifecycle management.
3. Employee relations: manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. Foster a culture of engagement, motivation, and collaboration across the organization.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related concerns and employee wellbeing.
5. Stakeholder management: build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, line managers, and HR staff.
- Minimum 12 years experience in HR
- Must be a Saudi national
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrates ability to lead and develop HR teams.
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization initatives.
