About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to launch a rewarding career in quantity surveying within a dynamic construction and real estate organization. You will work on diverse projects, contributing to cost management, financial planning, and project delivery excellence while developing your professional expertise in the construction industry.

  • Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BoQ) for construction projects
  • Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for project phases and deliverables
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Prepare tender documents and cost analysis reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather project information
  • Utilize quantity surveying software and tools to support cost analysis and reporting
  • Conduct site visits to verify quantities and assess project progress
  • Support the preparation of variation orders and change management documentation
  • Assist in financial forecasting and budget reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, regulations, and industry best practices

What do we need from you

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with foundational knowledge of quantity surveying principles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as Bluebeam, Revit, or AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies
  • Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with contract administration and procurement processes
  • UAE National status (as per job requirement)
  • Preferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
  • Preferred: Exposure to project management methodologies
  • Preferred: Experience in tender preparation and bid analysis
  • UAE National with Family book is required
