About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our team in Amman, Jordan. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing sustainable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces that harmonise with the local environment and meet our clients' needs.

  • Develop and execute landscape design concepts for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure integrated design solutions
  • Conduct site analyses and prepare detailed site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Create visually compelling presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and water-efficient landscaping techniques suitable for arid climates
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper implementation of design plans
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and local regulations affecting landscape architecture
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the department
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and oversee project progress

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Suitable for Graduate Landcsape Architect
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and project delivery processes
  • Proficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with BIM processes, implementation, and workflows
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations
  • Familiarity with local flora and climate conditions in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative and innovative approach to landscape design challenges
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
  • Ability to work effectively in hot, arid climate conditions
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
