- Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, presentations and technical drawings
- Support in preparing FF&E schedules, specifications and sample boards
- Participate in site visits, surveys and coordination with contractors and suppliers
- Research materials, finishes, furnishings and design trends
- Contribute to 3D modeling, renderings and visualization tasks
- Ensure all work aligns with project briefs, timelines and budget requirements.
- Provide general support to the design and FF&E teams in day-to-day tasks
- develop and manage FF&E concepts, presentations and schedules
- Research, source and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes and decorative accessories
- Prepare sample boards and material palettes for client presentations
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Maintain awareness of market trends, sustainable products and innovative design solutions
- Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines and technical requirements
- Collaborate with the design team to integrate FF&E selections seamlessly into overall design concepts.
- Prepare FF&E documentation packages for tender and procurement
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, master or bachelor
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and suppliers within the region and internationally
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneusly
- Strong aeshetic sense, creativity and attendtion to detail
