About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a UAE national to kickstart their career in data analysis and contribute to our organization's data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Assist in developing and maintaining data analytics models
- Support the implementation of data quality processes and best practices
- Participate in ongoing learning and development activities to enhance analytical skills
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Solid understanding of database querying using SQL
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE national status is required for this position
- Previous internships or academic projects in data analysis are a plus
- Keen interest in business analytics and staying updated with industry trends
- Understanding of economic influences on prices and interest in developing industry leading advice and thought leadership papers
- Interest in construction industry analytics and manipulation of data to promote efficiencies and improved accuracy
