About the Role
- Collection of geological and hydrogeological data from the external collaborators;
- Elaboration and development of collected data with models (i.e. geological, hydrogeological);
- Processing and interpretation of data collected on site;
- Preparation, revision and updating of environmental technical reports;
- Contribute to design in remediation and environmental safety measures;
- Coordination of external collaborators and subcontractors in order to meet delivery deadlines and stability
- Support the PM and Project Team in the development of geotechnical deliverables;
- Drafting of reports and documentation required for approvals;
- Analysis of specific conditions of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, foundations, etc.)
- Identification and estimation of risks such as landslides, floods, earthquakes, etc.
- Proposing preventive measures and monitoring their implementation;
What do we need from you
- Preparation: At least 5 years of experience working in Romania in the geological and/or geotechnical design and monitoring domain;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD and geological and geotechnical dedicated design software;
- Strong sense of responsibility, high standards of ethical behaviour an ability to work in team collaboration and take decisions;
- Confident, clear and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening;
- Technical/Engineering degree;
- Fluent Romanian, and preferably good spoken and written English;
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in recognised design software and Microsoft applications).
