About the Role

We are looking for motivated, entry-level Fresh Graduate Technicians to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This exciting opportunity allows recent graduates to develop their careers in a technical field by working alongside experienced professionals. As a Fresh Graduate Technician, you will support various technical projects, assist with installation and maintenance tasks, conduct site inspections, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.
  • Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure equipment functionality and performance.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and project files.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on design, drafting, and data analysis tasks using tools such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Participate in site inspections, surveys, and measurements under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Assist in monitoring work progress on-site to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Help resolve on-site technical issues and assist with corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

What do we need from you

  • Saudi National
  • Diploma in Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Surveying, or a related technical field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant internship or work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
