About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting project-related financial activities.

  • Develop and maintain financial reports for various projects and stakeholders
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and forecasting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards
  • Support budget planning and forecasting processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes within the PMO
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a PMO environment
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
