About the Role

  • Plan, manage, and execute facility management projects for public sector clients in the GCC.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend improvements for efficiency, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate best practices into project deliverables.
  • Monitor third-party service providers' performance and ensure they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Provide feedback to service providers for continuous improvement.
  • Implement global best practices and innovative solutions in facilities management.
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Address client challenges and implement solutions with senior leadership guidance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry advancements.
  • Share knowledge of global best practices to enhance client operations.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for new client acquisitions.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, focusing on project involvement and operational support.
  • Experience with public sector clients in the GCC is a plus.
  • Ability to manage service providers and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) is a plus.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, FM Certification, RICS) are desirable. PMP is a plus.
