About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient ERP Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Keep track of the daily GRN and ERP activities and set up work schedules.
  • Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details.
  • Responsible for verification and filing of delivery notes upon receipt of the signed ones from the project team.
  • Review and verify documents for completeness, format, and compliance with company procedures / formats.
  • Coordinate with the project team in case of any contradictions between various documents such as purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
  • Communicate with the suppliers in a timely manner in case of any errors in their invoices.  Create GRN (Goods Received Note) in ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the finance team at all times to ensure timely posting of invoices in ERP system.
  • Work in strict co-operation with other GRN Coordinators in the unit to ensure proper and smooth flow of the unit processes for all projects.
  • Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard.
  • Prepare monthly reports and issue logs related to the GRN unit.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to within the GRN unit.

What do we need from you

  • Degree Qualified or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification Experience in similar business for at least 3 years
