About the Role

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee and enforce strict compliance of all construction activities with approved sustainability commitments, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the construction and Defects Liability Period
  • Monitor adherence to LEED Gold and Mostadam Gold certification standards, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed established environmental benchmarks
  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections and audits to verify environmental and sustainability protocols are rigorously implemented across all construction phases
  • Prepare and maintain detailed compliance documentation, audit reports, and sustainability performance records for regulatory review and project certification purposes
  • Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Design Consultant (MDDC) team to identify, assess, and resolve environmental and sustainability non-conformances
  • Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to communicate environmental requirements, corrective actions, and best practice standards
  • Provide expert guidance on environmental risk mitigation and sustainability optimisation throughout the construction programme
  • Report on environmental and sustainability performance metrics to project stakeholders and certification bodies
  • Ensure all environmental management plans are executed in accordance with project specifications and applicable legislation

What do we need from you

Education bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering with relevant sustainability certification.

Professional Certifications:

LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C) — for LEED Gold certification management per Section 2.8 of the Scope of Services

  • Mostadam accreditation or demonstrated working knowledge of Mostadam Rating System D+C Version 2019
  • Overall Experience 15 Years
  • Relevant Role Experience 10 Years
  • Regional (GCC/KSA) 5 years
