We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer with hands-on experience in ETABS and SAFE software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural systems for various building projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of buildings using ETABS and SAFE.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and design reports.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review and check structural drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure designs adhere to local and international codes (e.g., ACI, IS, Eurocodes).
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Optimize structural systems for cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Participate in project meetings and present design solutions.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and client submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in structural design of buildings.
- Proficiency in ETABS and SAFE for structural analysis and design.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and codes.
- Experience with other design software (STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
