About the Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Engineer specializing in Public Health to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative public health engineering solutions that positively impact communities. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining a commitment to excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Design and develop public health engineering systems, including water supply, sanitation, and environmental health infrastructure
  • Prepare detailed technical designs, calculations, specifications, and construction drawings using industry-standard software
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements, verify compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and public health officials to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyze technical data and project requirements to inform design decisions and solve complex engineering challenges
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Support project managers in coordinating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public health engineering
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the engineering team

What do we need from you

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Public Health Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in public health engineering or related infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)
  • Strong knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and best practices
  • Solid understanding of public health engineering principles, water supply systems, sanitation design, and environmental health practices
  • Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and building regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in technical report writing and data interpretation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Chartered Engineer (CE) or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in client liaison and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards
  • Experience with site inspections and quality assurance verification
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
