About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing MEP systems for large-scale construction projects throughout the UAE.
- Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
- Utilize advanced CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create detailed MEP plans and specifications
- Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage MEP project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to oversee MEP system installations and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and project teams
- Stay updated on the latest MEP technologies, energy-efficient solutions, and industry best practices
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably with large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar CAD software
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy modeling software
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems design, integration, and energy-efficient practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be a UAE national (Emirati)
