About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer-Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components, contributing to cutting-edge projects that drive our organization forward.

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using advanced engineering principles
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings using CAD software
  • Conduct engineering calculations and analyses to ensure product performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines
  • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulations to validate designs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to resolve engineering challenges
  • Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control processes

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Experience with simulation and analysis tools like ANSYS and FEA
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies
  • Knowledge of materials science and selection
  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented approach to design and documentation
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field
