About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor Engineer to join our team in Tabuk-Neom, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage on-site activities performed by the general contractor. As a key member of the project management team, you will ensure all electrical engineering work is executed to meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical engineering projects from conception to completion and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with the project management team to address site challenges and ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve work progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance
- Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and electrical drawings
- Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and industry trends
- Participate in client meetings and provide expert technical advice
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules or quality
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 9 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on industrial applications
- Proven experience in supervising electrical projects and leading engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power distribution systems, and control systems
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, electrical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience with industrial electrical systems and power distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Ability to work on night shift
