We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical installations in various construction projects throughout the region.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, components, and installations on construction sites to ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards
- Supervise and coordinate electrical inspection activities across multiple project sites
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Identify and report any electrical deficiencies, safety hazards, or code violations
- Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve electrical issues and ensure timely project completion
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of all findings and recommendations
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and site personnel
- Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of electrical inspection procedures and protocols
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on construction sites
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical inspection or related field, with a focus on site supervision
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems in construction projects and familiarity with local and international electrical codes and regulations
- Proficiency in electrical codes and standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience in site supervision and project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
