About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our site team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this site-based role, you will lead electrical engineering activities, oversee system design and implementation, and ensure full compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.
- Develop, review, and approve electrical system designs for industrial and construction projects.
Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, supporting their professional development.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform power system analysis and implement energy-efficient solutions.
Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Implement and oversee safety procedures for electrical installations and maintenance activities.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, codes, and industry best practices.
What do we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on site-based projects.
Proven experience in industrial and/or construction environments.
Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and MATLAB.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
Expertise in power systems design and analysis.
Experience with industrial control systems.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
