- Monitor the electrical scope of work to ensure compliance with contract documents and the procedures manual.
- Review, approve, and process all electrical technical submittals.
- Address and provide responses to RFIs related to electrical scope of work.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, products, and materials.
- Capable of reviewing, commenting on, and managing necessary documentation effectively.
- Strong understanding of project specifications and authority requirements.
- Complete project knowledge in the given discipline, from inception to handover.
- Review contractor’s electrical change order proposals and provide recommendations to the PM.
- Liaise with necessary sub-consultants and stakeholders.
- Review contractor claims related to electrical works and prepare recommendations for claims.
- Review contractor’s project record documents relevant to electrical works.
- Assist in inspecting completed electrical works and oversee the start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Approve completed electrical works and ensure all documentation is in order.
- Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities and operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the PM.
- A minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Construction Administration in Saudi and 5 years in the Middle East.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable electrical design and construction codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
