We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller (UAE National) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining an efficient document management system, ensuring the proper handling, distribution, and storage of project documents and records.

• Implement and maintain a comprehensive document management system to manage all project documents
• Receive, review, and register all incoming and outgoing project documents
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and comply with project standards before filing and distribution
• Control and monitor the flow of documents in and out of the organization
• Distribute documents to relevant parties promptly and efficiently
• Track and manage document review and approval processes
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic document storage systems
• Manage and control document revisions, ensuring all changes are tracked and documented
• Ensure all documents comply with relevant UAE legal, regulatory, and project-specific standards
• Generate regular reports on the status of document control activities
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective document control
• Communicate document control processes and requirements clearly and effectively

• High school or bachelor degree
• 0 - 2 years of experience
• UAE National status is required for this position
• Must have a family book
