We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Document Controller (Saudi National) to join our site supervision team in Riyadh. You will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation for our construction and engineering initiatives.
- Manage and maintain project documents using the document management system
- Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable
- Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate document distribution to relevant project stakeholders
- Track document revisions and maintain version control
- Generate regular reports on document status and project progress
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
- Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents
- Provide training and support to team members on document control processes
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- Proficiency in using EDMS system (Aconex) document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of document control processes, best practices, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with database management and data entry
- Familiarity with filing and archiving systems
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
