About the Role

Egis is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager / Digital Delivery Manager to lead digital delivery for infrastructure and utilities projects in Dubai. This role requires setting up, launching, and running digital production environments, ensuring compliance with international standards, and directly engaging with clients.

The successful candidate will establish Civil 3D templates, enforce ISO 19650-compliant workflows, build QA/QC processes, and set up clash detection rules for projects. In addition to leading a production team, this role is accountable for ensuring delivery aligns with planning, client requirements, and Egis’ quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Civil 3D templates.
  • Set up project-specific BIM execution plans and ensure ISO-19650 compliance.
  • Establish internal digital delivery workflows, naming conventions, and data standards.
  • Lead and manage a digital production team delivering infrastructure and utilities projects.
  • Oversee resource allocation, workload planning, and task management.
  • Ensure production is aligned with project planning, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Set up and manage QA/QC processes for all digital outputs.
  • Define and maintain clash detection rules and procedures using Navisworks.
  • Monitor and control model accuracy, coordination, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary digital delivery point of contact for infrastructure with clients and stakeholders.
  • Present strategies, workflows, and quality assurance approaches to clients.
  • Ensure client requirements are fully understood, implemented, and exceeded.
  • Drive adoption of infrastructure computational design & automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Champion automation and data-driven delivery processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance production and delivery practices.
  • Work closely with project directors, engineers, and discipline leads to align on digital strategy.
  • Mentor, train, and support production staff on BIM, and delivery processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and compliance.
  • Manage GIS delivery using ArcGIS and ESRI platforms, ensuring accurate spatial data integration for infrastructure and utilities projects.
  • Oversee the production of GIS deliverables and coordinate BIM-GIS integration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years experience in BIM/Digital Delivery in large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Autodesk Civil 3D (essential, including template creation and management)
    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) & Projectwise
    • Navisworks (clash detection setup and management)
    • Dynamo for Civil3D
  • Demonstrated ability to lead production teams, allocate resources, and follow project planning
  • Strong background in QA/QC setup, clash detection rules, and ISO-19650 compliance
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with ability to represent Egis confidently

What do we need from you

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certification in BIM management (Autodesk Certified Professional)
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO-19650 and best practices in digital delivery
  • Proven leadership in delivering large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects
