- Will be responsible for the stations' works - main depot and service points also alignment works including viaducts-embankments-culverts-tunnels and all the required interfaces among those elements.
- Very good knowledge of rail systems including but not limited to the following
- ESTMR
- ETCS
- GSM-R (towers and technology)
- ATS-ATP-ATO
- Switches / interlocks / pocket track types and uses
- Embankment settlement allowable limits for high speed rail
- Allowable curvature and slopes for high speed rail
- Power supply for rolling stock
- Power Supply for stations and service points
- Depot (rolling stock) levels of maintenance
- Fixed block and moving block technologies
- Different driving modes: Normal mode - degraded mode and emergency mode - Depot driving mode
Familiar with NFPA different requirements and scenarios, Occupancy ratio, Echo emergency cut off.
- University degree at minimum bachelor’s level of a reputable Civil Engineering establishment – MS or MBA is an asset.
- To have previous extensive rail experience (high speed rail), managerial position of project manager or construction manager or higher.
- 18 years of professional experience in the same field.
- 10 years of experience in management and implementation of similar rail projects.
- Excellent communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good relations at work
- Fluent in English
