We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Contracts Manager to join our aviation team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing complex contractual agreements within the dynamic aviation industry.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage aviation-related contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and financial analyses to optimise contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure contract alignment with business objectives
- Monitor contract performance, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation using specialised contract management software
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters to senior management and project teams
- Stay abreast of changes in aviation industry regulations and international contract law
- Lead contract renewal processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Develop and implement standardised contract templates and processes to enhance efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in contract management, preferably within the aviation industry
- Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CCMA) is highly desirable
- Extensive knowledge of aviation industry regulations, standards, and contractual practices
- Strong understanding of international contract law and its application in the aviation sector
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to balance commercial interests and risk mitigation
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment techniques
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role
- Responsible to maintain and interpret contracts according to FIDIC and Saudi Labour Laws.
- Responsible for the project communications in accordance with the contractual requirements.
- Provide expertise in change management, invoicing, and contractual issues.
