The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and administering leasing contracts across residential, commercial, entertainment parks, and retail portfolios. This role ensures that all contracts are accurately drafted, compliant with Saudi regulations, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The Contract Administrator will work closely with internal departments, tenants, and external advisors to support leasing operations, mitigate risks, and maximize returns for the entity.
Contract Administration & Management
· Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and termination documents.
· Maintain accurate contract records, digital archives, and track key milestones such as renewals, escalations, and expirations.
· Ensure contracts are processed in accordance with company policies and governance frameworks.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure all contracts comply with Saudi laws, real estate regulations, and entity policies.
· Monitor contract performance, tenant obligations, and payment schedules.
· Identify risks and propose solutions to minimize exposure and disputes.
· Support dispute resolution in coordination with the Legal and Property Management teams.
Stakeholder Coordination
· Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries with tenants, real estate agents, and external partners.
· Collaborate with the Leasing team, Finance, and Legal to ensure commercial and legal terms are aligned.
· Support leasing negotiations by providing contractual insights and risk assessments.
Reporting & Analysis
· Develop and maintain reports on contract status, compliance, and tenant performance.
· Track KPIs related to contract administration efficiency and lease portfolio performance.
· Prepare advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
· Recommend process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (RICS, IACCM, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in contract administration and leasing within residential, commercial, retail, and entertainment/leisure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate laws, leasing structures, and contract management best practices.
- Prior experience in semi-government or large-scale organizations is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge and advanced skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong presentation development capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and Power BI is a must.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – if applicable regionally
- ACCA or CIMA – for international or UK-aligned roles
