We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting our business operations through efficient contract administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
- Manage contract filing systems and maintain organized records using document management software
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and expiration dates to ensure timely action and prevent lapses
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary information and documentation
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks or discrepancies
- Support contract negotiations by preparing summaries, comparisons, and relevant documentation
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations
- Generate reports and maintain databases related to active contracts and their status
- Respond to contract-related inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract administration procedures and best practices
- Proven experience in contract administration or related administrative support roles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze contract terms and identify key obligations and risks
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management
- Knowledge of basic contract law principles and legal terminology
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Preferred: Experience with document management software and contract lifecycle management systems
- Preferred: Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia
